Tabbouleh

In the beginning people mocked the salad because of its lack of meat. Nowadays many people embraced this delicious dish in their vegetarian and vegan diets.

Harissa soup

Harissa soup is a traditional soup from Morocco. However, did you know that in western Algeria they also make this dish? The soup is often eaten as a starter and it is especially popular throughout the period of Ramadan.
