You can also feel free to negotiate what kind of tasks you can help with. It doesn't have to be all that are listed.
That at the moment and due to our financial capacity, we are unable to provide transport reimbursements for those joining our team. Depending on the availability of funds and the nature of the event, we sometimes pre-arrange transport reimbursements with team members to encourage their participation and continued impact in the community. We hope you can join us to achieve more.
We require a letter of recommendation sent directly by the referee, preferably from a (former) employer, to our Country Director. You will be provided with a template to request such letters.

Projects and Impact Evaluators
We are looking for two volunteer Evaluators to assess UID´s projects from inception to date and their impacts on beneficiaries and communities where we work in general. These evaluators will also collect, collate and evaluate experiences of former and current UID volunteers- those who have worked regularly or in ad-hoc positions. The purpose of these positions will be to help UID in its mission and vision. As the Foundation continues to grow. we want to ensure that we are achieving our aims and that we can adapt our methods and management approach to the needs of the communities we work in, to remain useful to them, and to our staff.
We are looking for a volunteer Country Director (CD), to manage a diverse team of volunteers. You will be assisted by an Assistant Country Director oversee all staff members and their projects and/or assignments. You will oversee the recruiting of new staff members and conduct all interviews with applicants. You will be responsible for staff development including staff training and team-building exercises. You will be responsible to oversee all UID projects, review project reports from project managers, and report quarterly to the Board of Directors. Volunteering with us will give you an opportunity to utilize your skills to make a difference in communities. It will also aid you in sharpening your skills, learning new ones, and meeting people from different parts of the world.
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects; while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization. As our project management volunteer, you will contribute to us achieving our goals as a foundation. You will be directly supervised by our Country Director or board chairperson.

We are currently looking for a talented and engaging English teacher.
This is an important role, that will enable Unity in Diversity to attract financial support and donations from individuals, groups, the national government and international bodies. Unity in Diversity aids refugees and asylum seekers for sustainable integration in the host communities. We are now searching for committed individuals with previous fundraising experience or who would like to gain such experience, to help support our team in planning of fundraising activities or other ways to raising funds for our cause. As our fundraising volunteer, you will be supervised directly by the project manager and overall by the director.
