High school teacher Raja Yassine helped in organizing this event, with the help of travel blogger Victoria Ugarte . For many of the women from both groups, it was their first experience in making friends with someone from a very different culture. Aysha Green, 28, who attended the lunch said: “It's funny, speaking two different languages but you can still totally communicate through your hands and facial expressions”.
