Christmas is a time for sharing. While you exchange presents with friends and family, it is important to also remember those who have very little and need your help. If you are looking to give back this Christmas, we ask you to help secure a better holiday season for vulnerable communities in Nigeria, as part of Unity in Diversity’s annual Christmas donation drive.
The donations will go to impoverished people belonging to vulnerable communities in Southeastern Nigeria, both in rural and urban areas. Specifically, it goes to feeding 165 less privileged widows and their children.
The coronavirus pandemic had caused an exacerbation of hunger for vulnerable populations in Nigeria. This is worsened even more by the usual hiking prices around the Christmas period. Your donations would allow us to buy food items that can feed our beneficiaries for a month.
In order to deliver the food items to our beneficiaries before Christmas, we need to hit our goal by the 18th of December.
