UID's First International Symposium

Exactly a year ago today, we hosted our first international Symposium titled "Refugees and Host Communities; Unity Within Diversity". It is amazing to see how far we've come this past year; meeting, interacting, assisting and working together with wonderful people, making our communities better and more integrated.

We thank God for this great progress, and we are grateful to newcomers who joined us, our volunteers, Nigerian embassy the Hague, The Redeemed Christian Church of God Bts Den Haag Ecclesia Language group Leiden, Stichting Nieuwthuis Rotterdam, De wijk helpt Tilburg, our friends, colleagues, Academic and non-academic staff and students of Universiteit Leiden / Leiden University BAIS program of LU in The Hague, Refugee Roads Gemeente Tilburg volunteers from Reach & Teach Gemeente Den Haag Stichting voor Vluchteling-Studenten UAFStichting YOUmanity Right2Education Sara van den Brink Eugenio Cusumano Janet H.
