The Project Manager is responsible for managing the direction, coordination, implementation,
execution, control, and completion of projects; while remaining aligned with the strategy,
commitments, and goals of the organization. For this specific role, we are looking for a Project
Manager to oversee the Language Program team. As our project management volunteer, you will
contribute to us achieving our goals as a foundation. You will be directly supervised by our
Country Director or board chairperson.

Responsibilities:
● Assist with planning and implementation of language projects
● Assisting with defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
● Assisting with defining tasks and required resources
● Assist with tracking project resources
● Assisting with the creation of schedule and project timeline
● Assist with tracking deliverables
● Support and project teams
● Work on quality assurance of each project
● Assist project manager with managing Issues and Risk
● Monitoring and reporting on project progress to project manager
● Assist project teams if needed, during the preparation of project reports on progress as well
as problems and solutions. These reports will be submitted to the project manager
● Inform project manager on the need for change when necessary to meet project outputs
● Assist project manager with evaluation and assessment results of projects
● Quality and satisfaction

All successful applicants will be required to commit a minimum of 6 hours per week to
volunteer. Minimum period for volunteering is 6 months. The start date for this position is
immediate. On occasion, we can accept applicants who have lesser months to volunteer.
