No matter where you come from, we all have ideas about who we are. Adding some extra ingredients to one's cultural identity can be easy, but for some, this process might be difficult. Where does the journey of cultural identity begin and where does it end? Let’s find out together!

About The Event
For this edition of ICR, we want to explore the building blocks of cultural identity and ask the question: Who Are You? We want to talk about the journey of self-discovery within diverse communities. Which cultures do you identify with? Which do you feel you are entitled to claim? Many find themselves in between, both here and there or sometimes in a whole other spectrum which has yet to be defined. We want to give participants the chance to share their experiences: What is it like to come from a family with different cultures? Are there parts of one’s heritage that are worn as a badge of pride or hidden instead? Where is home?
Join us for this informal and friendly evening where we meet new people and listen to personal stories and maybe even learn something about ourselves in the process. This event is sponsored by Wijdoenmee.Nu and…
